INFORMATION ON MICROFIBER
Microfiber is a special combination of polyester and polyamide woven together in a way that leaves a surface cleaner and lint free. It is so small that one square inch has 30 kilometers of woven material. The ultra fine fiber can get down into surface imperfection. Microfiber threads are split multiple times and the high density of specially constructed fabric gives the cloths and mops a larger surface area, which gives way for better absorption and a heightened cleaning performance. Microfiber allows you to clean better and faster with less effort being used with fewer chemicals or no chemicals. Microfiber can be laundered and reused hundreds of times, which results in higher lifetime savings.
Dry Use:
If the dirt on a surface is dry and there is no need to dissolve the dirt, a cloth or mop should be used in a dry state. The same is true for dust. When the microfiber is dry, the static electricity in the fibers contributes to the attraction of dust and dirt and holds the debris in the small spaces between the fibers.
Wet Use:
If the dirt on a surface is ingrained, and needs to be dissolved, use a lightly dampened (not wet) cloth or mop. The water dissolves the dirt on the surface and when the microfiber is wet, capillary force takes over, pulling excess moisture, dirt and grime from the surface into the small spaces between the fibers. The material in microfiber has the capabilities of cleaning and wiping at the same time. Therefore eliminates the need to wipe dry the surface after is has been cleaned.
BENEFITS OF USING MICROFIBER
Microfiber reduces chemical usage and conserves water usage. It reduces chemical smells for people who have odor and chemical sensitivities. Microfiber mops weigh much less than conventional string mops.Microfiber lifts and traps dirt leaving a cleaner surface. Nonabrasive on all surfaces, microfiber is lint free. Microfiber is very sturdy and can hold up to 7 times its weight. There aren't any chemicals in microfiber that will wash out or wear away after use. Due to microfibers increased absorbency, mops and cloths will pick up dirt, dust, and grease better than cotton fibers and increases productivity and reduces worker fatigue
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
In order to maintain the life of microfiber, it is necessary to wash them on a regular basis and follow all the laundry advice:
